Exchange and Refund Policy
Any product bought from manizeh store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty).
Any product purchased from Manizeh store can be exchanged within 4 days of receipt provided it is unused, contains all composite pieces and is in its original packaging. For the avoidance of doubt, minor variations in the color of the product (in comparison to digital shoot images) will not be considered a manufacturing defect, as such variations are a normal outcome during the manufacturing process. Kindly note that refund is not possible unless the suit has a manufacturing defect.

We do not offer any exchange or refund on international orders unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product has a manufacturing defect.
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Manizeh reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as, but not limited to, the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
Kindly note, there is no exchange or refund possible on items sold during sale.
Manizeh does not offer a exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for a exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged.
